Retirement Pickup Pct — 6.0% annual increase limit in IMRF creditable earnings
In June of the last year of employment, the District will compare the employee's IMRF creditable earnings to his/her previous year's IMRF creditable earnings. The District will pay the employee receiving a retirement benefit an amount to ensure the employee's IMRF creditable earnings increase 6.0% over his/her previous year's IMRF creditable earnings.

Sick Days Annual — Each full-time bargaining unit member shall be credited with fourteen (14) sick leave days at the beginning of each fiscal year or school year
At the beginning of each fiscal year or school year, whichever applies, each full-time bargaining unit member shall be credited with fourteen (14) sick leave days, the unused portion of which shall accumulate from year-to-year without limitation.

Term Life Insurance — The BOARD shall provide a $10,000 term life insurance policy to each full-time employee at no cost to the employee
The BOARD shall provide a $10,000 term life insurance policy to each full-time employee at no cost to the employee, which is lowered based on age to $6,500 age 65, $4,000 age 70, $2,500 age 75, and $1,500 age 80.
Retirement
Trs Tier — TRS retirement bonus schedule based on years of service
Full Years of Service: After five (5) years $250.00 per year, After ten (10) years $300.00 per year, After fifteen (15) years $350.00 per year, After twenty (20) years $400.00 per year

Tuition Reimbursement Max — The BOARD shall reimburse a maximum of $1,500 per employee per school year for tuition toward undergraduate and graduate credit

Union Dues Deduction — Union dues deductions authorized
The employer BOARD shall honor employee's individually authorized deduction forms, and shall make such deductions in the amounts certified by the UNION for union dues, assessments or fees.

An unpaid leave may be granted to a bargaining unit member, who has been employed by the BOARD for at least two (2) years, for a period not in excess of one calendar year.

All 240-day employees are eligible for ten (10) days of paid vacation. Request for leave shall be submitted to the Superintendent or designee on a form provided by the Superintendent at least three (3) working days in advance.
