Arbitration Binding — Yes, binding arbitration through American Arbitration Association
the Association may submit the grievance to arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, which shall act as the administrator of the proceedings. The arbitrator shall consider and decide only the specific issues submitted to him/her in writing and shall base the decision solely upon his/her interpretation of the meaning or application of the specific terms of this Agreement to the facts of the grievance presented.

The Association shall be allowed a total of six (6) days per contract year for Association business leave. The Employer shall provide an optional payroll deduction plan for credit unions as authorized by the Employee in writing. Any full-time teacher who serves as the primary instructor for one or more college credit (dual enrollment) courses during a semester shall receive a one-time stipend of $3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred dollars) per semester.
