An employee may be granted, without loss of pay, two (2) bereavement days annually, cumulative to three (3) days

Employee Premium Share Pct — Full-time ESPs (7+ hours/day) pay 40% of health premiums; part-time (4-7 hours/day) pay 70%
For full-time teachers and for ESP's who are scheduled to work at least seven (7) hours per day: 60% of the employee-spouse premium, 60% of the employee-children premium, 60% of the employee-family premium

For the duration of this Agreement, the Board will pick up and pay on behalf of the teacher, the teacher's contribution to the Illinois Teachers' Retirement System in an amount not to exceed 9.0%
