This agreement shall be in effect from August 15, 2025, until August 15, 2026, or for the school year 2025-2026.
Insurance
Annuity Program Limitation — Board authority to limit number of annuity programs to six (6)
The Board shall have the authority to limit the number of annuity programs to six (6) in number. The six (6) companies with the most employee participation shall be considered by the Board first.
Grievance
Arbitration Binding — Arbitration decision is binding on all parties
The Union may submit the grievance to binding arbitration under the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator shall follow the standard rules of the AAA and their decision shall be binding on all parties.

Contract Days Teacher — Teacher work day shall begin 15 minutes before student start time and shall not exceed 8.00 hours/day, with minimum 30 minutes duty free lunch and 45 minutes duty free prep time daily
The teacher work day shall begin 15 minutes before student start time and shall not exceed 8.00 hours/day, in the event that an after school staff meeting has been scheduled. If no after school staff meeting is required by administration, the teacher work day shall be 7.50 hours/day.

The board will pay 100% of single person coverage to a maximum of $625.00 per month for year 1 of the contract, $650 per month for year 2 of the contract and $675 per month for year 3 of the contract for Insurance Premiums.

Esp 12month Pay Option — 12 month ESP staff paid over 12 month period with option for annualized pay or installments
12 month ESP staff shall be paid over a 12 month period. ESP staff working less than 12 months shall have the option of annualized pay (24 installments over 12 month period) or pay installments corresponding to their scheduled days.

Head Teacher Position — Head teacher positions established at Lebanon Elementary School, Lebanon Junior High School, and Lebanon High School
A head teacher will be established at the Lebanon Elementary School, Lebanon Junior High School, and Lebanon High School. The head teacher must currently hold a Type 75 certificate and apply for the position.

Employees that choose the employee + spouse + children or family would also receive an additional 20% of coverage on top of base dollar amount.

Twelve-month ESP employees shall have fourteen (14) paid holidays per year. The holidays currently observed by the members of said bargaining unit are: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus/Indigenous People's Day, Election Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day.
Workday
Instructional Minutes Day — Morning arrival not later than 8:00 a.m., afternoon departure not earlier than 3:15 p.m.
The morning arrival time has been established as not later than 8:00 a.m. and the afternoon departure time not earlier than 3:15 p.m. The teachers should be at the building at such times as their services are needed for proper supervision of the students.

Jury Duty Protection — No loss of pay or benefits due to jury duty or court appearance
No employee shall suffer loss of pay or benefits due to loss of time at work caused by serving on a jury or being subpoenaed to testify in a court of law. Any compensation received for their services shall be forwarded to the district.
