Bereavement Days — Two noncumulative bereavement leave days each year
The Board shall grant two noncumulative bereavement leave days each year to each employee, with the approval of the building principal.
Workday
Contract Days Teacher — Teacher workday is 7 hours and 30 minutes, normally 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with variations by mutual agreement
The teacher's workday shall be seven (7) hours and thirty (30) minutes, unless fulfilling extracurricular duties. Normal starting time would be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Employee Premium Share Pct — Board pays single B level premium; employee pays difference if higher plan selected; employee pays full difference for A Plan above B level
The Board also agrees to pay 50% of the difference between the B individual and selected plan greater than the B individual plan for eligible employees.

Evaluation Cycle Years — Evaluation conducted per Illinois School Code Article 24A and 23 IL Administrative Code Part 50; procedure in District Evaluation Plan document

Health Single Premium — Board pays single premium B level or equivalent; not to exceed 12% increase above previous year's monthly premium
The Board agrees to pay the single premium (B level or equivalent level) for eligible full time employees in an amount not to exceed 12% of an increase above the previous year's monthly premium rate

Hsa Employer Contribution — Monthly HSA contribution for employees choosing QHDHP plan
If an eligible employee chooses the QHDHP (High Deductible Plan) the board agrees to pay the single premium and contribute a monthly amount of $100 into a Health Savings Account

Instructional Minutes Day — All full-time teachers receive release/preparation time of not less than 230 minutes per week
All full-time teachers in the District shall receive release/preparation time in the amount of no less than two hundred thirty (230) minutes per week.

The Board shall pay the teacher's required contribution to TRS in an amount not to exceed 9.8901% (includes cost factor) on the teacher's regular salary
