Our Commitment
Gaus LLC d/b/a CollBar is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards across our website and the CollBar Data Intelligence application.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The CollBar website and application partially conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning most content meets the standard, with some exceptions noted below. We assess accessibility on an ongoing basis using a combination of automated testing tools and manual review, and we prioritize remediation of identified issues.
Measures We Take
Accessibility measures incorporated into our website and application include: a "Skip to main content" link to bypass repetitive navigation; keyboard operability for interactive elements; visible focus indicators; color contrast targeting WCAG AA ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text); labeled form fields with clear error messaging; descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; semantic HTML with a logical heading hierarchy; ARIA attributes where appropriate to support assistive technologies; responsive design that remains usable at 200% zoom; and declared page language.
Compatibility
The website and application are designed to be compatible with current versions of common assistive technologies, including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation, in combination with recent versions of major browsers.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may have limitations: certain PDF documents (particularly older or third-party source documents, such as publicly filed collective bargaining agreements) may not be fully accessible — contact us for an alternative format; complex data visualizations and interactive charts may require alternative means of access — underlying data is available in accessible tabular or export formats on request; and third-party content or embedded widgets may have their own accessibility limitations outside our control.
Documentation for Procurement
Public entities and other customers that require accessibility documentation (such as a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template / Accessibility Conformance Report) for procurement purposes may contact us at the address below.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the CollBar website and application. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us and include the page or feature involved and the assistive technology you were using:
